Biography

Dr. Kochar is a ENT/ Otorhinolaryngologist in Rohini Sector 3, Delhi.  He completed MBBS from KNH Medical College, Jabalpur in 1966 and MS - ENT from Armed Forces Medical College (AFMC), Pune in 1976. and DOMS from University Of Agra in 1974.
