He has Done MS (ENT) from G.S. Medical College & KEM Hospital, Mumbai and trained in Ear Surgery in Germany & USA.

He is a senior consultant in the department of ENT, Sir Ganga Ram Hospital.

Dr. Monga's Uday ENT Hospital is also a full fledged modern ENT facility at Derawal Nagar, Delhi. Inspite of his hectic schedule he finds time to conduct workshops & is actively involved with holding free ENT camps in collaboration with social organizations. Training and mentoring budding ENT surgeons is his passion. He has held the office of president of A.O.I. Delhi, 2010-11.
