Dr. Sampada Tambolkar is a Consultant Pediatrician & Neonatologist in Pune, with over a decade of experience in the medical profession.
Dr. Sampada Tambolkar holds an MD in Pediatrics from Pune University, which she obtained in December 2003 through BJ Medical College and Sassoon General Hospital, Pune. She is currently pursuing a Ph.D. in Medical Education.
At the medical college, Dr. Tambolkar is responsible for the PICU pediatric and neonatal intensive care unit. She manages a Team of 45 Registrars, including the NICU and PICU Registrars. She is involved in teaching undergraduate and postgraduate students and also conducts clinical research and trials. Dr. Tambolkar also trains peripheral health workers, under the national health and community health programs.
