Biography

Dr. Chaudhary MS (Orth) is a pioneer in the field of Ilizarov Techniques in India. He was chiefly instrumental in introducing Ilizarov Techniques in India in 1989. Over the last decade, he has performed some of the most difficult and intricate surgeries using the Ilizarov Techniques, has perfected its routine applications and has introduced several new Operations using this system.

Dr. Chaudhary trained in Orthopaedics at the the KEM Hospital, Bombay in 1983; the Children’s Orthopedic Hospital, Bombay and trained in the UK (South Shields & Sunderland Dist Gen Hosp) for a year. He undertook a fellowship under the pioneering Ilizarov surgeon in USA; Dr. Dror Paley; at the Univ. of Maryland in 1989.
