Biography

Dr. Bhandarkar has been Practising as a Specialist in the field of Gastroenterology. He was Resident in Gastroenterology for two-and-a-half years at TNMC & BYL Nair Hospital in Mumbai. Dr. Bhandarkar Completed his Post-Graduation (MD Medicine) from Government Medical College, Nagpur. He holds the titles of DNB (Diplomate of the National Board) in Medicine as well as Gastroenterology, and also has the DM (Gastroenterology) Superspeciality Degree to his Name, from TNMC & BYL Nair Hospital in Mumbai. In addition, Dr. Bhandarkar trained at the Academic Medical Center in Amsterdam, Netherlands, in therapeutic ERCP for a Period of three months with Prof. Kees Huibreptse. He was an observer in the Department of Endoscopic Surgery, University Hospital Eppendorf, Hamburg, Germany.
